With over thirty years of expertise in fast track/dynamic design built projects with proven focus on project controls, management and site logistics, Chris Griffitts provides a hands-on approach to team management and client support.

Chris’ experience is wide ranging in the design building of cutting edge technical space and he understands completely the engineering and development concerns, as well as the construction procedures and logistics, which allow him to continue to support a fast track and accelerated timeline with an eye for detail. Multiple on time and satisfactory completed projects at a diverse number of Southern California hospitals and clinics reflects the confidence expressed by our many returning clients.

Shane M. Madigan

VP of Operations

Experience

Broad based specialty construction experience with background in CAD designing and erection of RFI shielded rooms internationally. Shane Madigan has extensive experience in managing, planning and understanding the project procurement process and all aspects of tenant improvement in medical surroundings. 

He has over 25 years in the medical diagnostics construction business, with expertise in the production of sophisticated medical suites reflecting different modalities including MRI, CT, X-Ray, R & F, Operating, Emergency Department, Special Procedures and diagnostic rooms.

His role and knowledge of technical and non-technical skills have attributed to organizational success.

Shane has also secured a solid reputation among clients, vendors, subcontractors, and code officers as a dependable solution-oriented partner in the building process.

Danny Bartelli

Superintendent

Having 45 plus years in construction trades in residential to commercial buildings from the ground up to finish has given the experience and knowledge necessary to oversee and manage projects and meet customer expectations in delivering quality workmanship. The last 20 years of commercial experience as a project superintendent and project management having worked in building restaurants, site work from ground breaking to finish and most recent 15 years in the medical industry and 54 various modality sites. Worked closely with owners, architects, engineers for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural and all sub-contractors as well as Project Managers for GE, Siemens, Toshiba, Hitachi and other diagnostic vendors and corporate experiences. OSHA certified, and worked in Hospitals and Outpatient facilities in numerous locations in various States for private, public and Government sectors.

John W. Swift

Superintendent

A construction professional, John Swift was Apprentice of the Year in 1991 at Lathers Local 440.

His over twenty year experience encompasses Journeyman knowledge of drywall, metal stud framing, T-Bar ceilings, welding and rough carpentry in the construction of hospitals, hotels, schools, residential homes and malls.

John is experienced in project management, time management, job coordination, and multiple crew supervision in a number of Public Works Projects.

Michael Cleveland

Project Administrator

Mike Cleveland a project management professional, has 35 years within the diagnostic imaging industry.

During his career Mike has acquired comprehensive experience with diagnostic imaging systems, department planning and workflow, systems installations, complex project management, technical support and team leadership. He is trained in electronics technology, project management, critical path management, problem solving, and quality control certified by Army Corps of Engineers.
